1/2 tspthyme or oregano
1/3 cupsoya chunks (or chicken, edamame, chickpeas)
2 + 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour (or other thickener)
1 tbsppea protein (or other thickener)
Splashany favourite flavours (mustard, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce)

Boil the veggies, protein, ginger, and seasonings until cooked and swelled.

Make a smooth mixture of thickener and liquid

Add the thickener solution and chopped onions to the pot and cook until just thickened, then remove from heat

Mix in any additional flavours and serve!
