This dish is packed with garlic flavor and goes perfectly with rice.

Rinse the pork belly, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan over high heat. Sear the pork belly until both sides are golden brown.

Add the leek and stir-fry with the pork until fragrant, then pour in the seasoning mixture listed above.

Stir well over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until the chili oil is released, then add a splash of water and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add black pepper and fresh chili, stir well, then turn off the heat. Don’t reduce the sauce too much so the pork stays moist and tender.
