Pan-Fried Spaghetti with Taggiasca Olives and Salted Cod

Rinse the salted cod well, remove the skin, and cut it into 3/4-inch cubes (about 2x2 cm). Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in extra-virgin olive oil.

Sauté the cod in the oil for 2 minutes, then add the olives and cook for 1 more minute. Set the sauce aside. In the same pan, add the water and spaghetti.

When the spaghetti is almost cooked, add the sauce and plenty of chopped parsley.
