Prepare the Lauki kofta balls
• Peel and grate the lauki. - 2
In a bowl,take the grated lauki.

Add
Coriander
leaves, Bhuna zeera, Besan, Ginger grated, Chilli, Red Chilli powder, Salt as per taste.Mix all the things. - 4
The mixture should be thick enough to form balls.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry the balls on medium heat until they are golden brown and crisp.

Now Lauki kofta balls are ready.

Prepare the Gravy:In a coooker add

Cook till 2 Whistle

Let it cool and than grind all the ingredients. Gravy mixture is ready.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the gravy mixture. Bring the gravy to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Gently add the fried koftas into the gravy. so they absorb the flavours.Now your Lauki Kofta is ready to serve garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with Butter Roti, Jeera Rice, or Naan.Enjoy😋
Tips
Timing to add the koftas in gravy: Only add the koftas to the gravy just before serving. They are very porous and will turn mushy if they sit in the hot liquid for too long.
