Peel and cut the carrots into cubes

Peel and cut the potatoes

Wash and slice the tomato

Peel and cut the onion into rings

Using a saucepan heat the oil and put the onion

Stir for it to turn golden brown

Add the potatoes,carrots and tomatoes and season with salt

Let it cook for about 3minutes then add the pre-cooked green grams and add like 2 cups of water

Stir and let it cook for not more than 5 minutes in a moderate heat
