In a blender, grind kiwi

In a glass of kiwi and half a teaspoon of honey. In the freezer for 30 minutes.

Yoghurt without additives. Add to the glass at 1/3 of the height. Then honey. We insert a stick. In the freezer for 30 minutes

Apple sour in a blender to grind. Add to the glass to the top. We add honey. In the freezer for 1 hour. Bon Appetit
