  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • 1/4 tspCayenne pepper
  • 2-3 cupswater

    Add all ingredients to saucepan. Cover with water.

    Boil covered for 30 minutes.

    Boil uncovered for about 1 hour until water is boiled off.
