Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupgrated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
  2. 1 cuplow fat curds (dahi), beaten
  3. 4 tbspchopped mint leaves (phudina)
  4. 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds (jeera)
  5. 1/4 tspblack salt (sanchal)
  6. 1/2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Steam the bottle gourd for 4 to 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

    Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and whisk well.

    Served chilled
