  1. 1 CupSelf Raising Flour
  2. 1/2 CupCustard powder
  3. 1 CupCastor sugar
  4. 125 GramsButter
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1/2 CupMilk
  7. 1 TeaspoonVanilla Essence

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven at 180°

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer just until all the ingredients are combined

  3. 3

    Grease a cake tin with butter and pour the mixture into the cake tin

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°c for about 45-50 minutes or until a tooth pick when inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean
