Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 lbground pork
  2. 1/2 lbground veal
  3. 1/2 cupbread crumbs, divided
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tsppepper
  7. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/4 tsponion powder
  9. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    mix together pork, veal, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings. form into 6 patties and pierce with wooden skewers.

    heat oil in large skillet over medium.

  3. 3

    spread remaining 1/4 cup breadcrumbs on a plate. press each patties into breadcrumbs and place in pan. Cook over medium until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes per side.
