Spicy Bread Toast
An easy evening snack

Beat the eggs.Add in chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

Slice off the sides of the bread if you do not like them. Use regular bread and not milk bread for it will be sweet.

Dip each bread slice in the batter. Make sure it isn't soggy.

Heat a tablespoon butter in a pan. Fry the slices on both sides until golden brown. Add more butter as and when required to fry.

TIP : You can substitute butter with oil.
- 6
TIP : You can add pepper powder instead of green chilli.
