Spicy Oats
Easy, healthy, and delicious!
Steps

In a wok, heat the oil. Add in the onion, and sauté till it becomes translucent.

Add in the bell pepper, if using. Sauté for a minute.

Then add in the tomato and the chilli.

Season with salt and pepper. Add in the turmeric powder. Mix well.

Sauté all the vegetables for 1-2minutues, till the tomato starts to break down.

Finally add the oats. Stir it around for 30 secs.

Pour in about 1/2 cup of water. Let the oats simmer.

When the water has dried down, check to see if the oats are cooked. If not, add more water and let it simmer for another minute or two.

Adjust salt and pepper. Your meal is ready! Serve piping hot!

PS: I use green bell peppers. Feel free to add red or yellow ones! PPS: You can also add other boiled vegetables like peas, carrot, corn, cauliflower, beans, etc.
