Manganji peppers may look spicy, but they're not spicy at all. They're sweet, if anything. Upon heating them they become soft and easy to eat!

Remove the top, insert a cut and stuff it with an anchovy. Since anchovies are pretty salty, limit it to one fillet per pepper.

Bake on a fish grill until both sides have browned.

And it's complete! You can also enjoy this using green bell peppers instead of Manganji peppers!
