Simple Microwave Steamed Bread with Yogurt & Pancake Mix

I thought of this after seeing fried bread on TV that used yogurt.
Try to use a 700-800 ml microwaveable dish. If you separate the batter into cups or silicone molds, the batter may be shallow and harden upon cooking. Keep a close eye on the bread while you bake it. Recipe by melodine

Steps
- 1
Add the yogurt, egg, and vegetable oil to a bowl and mix well.
- 2
Add the pancake mix, and mix until the batter becomes smooth.
- 3
Put the batter into a microwaveable dish and microwave without plastic wrap at 500 W for 5 minutes, and it's complete.
- 4
This is also delicious if eaten after being freeze-stored. I wrapped it up without cutting it, then defrosted it in the microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds.

The above picture was made by just putting the bowl in which I mixed everything as-is in the microwave, as per everyone's suggestions. I used my homemade pancake mix with brown sugar, and strawberry yogurt.
