Today's special is a different way of a boring normal soyachunk curry..
Steps

Wash and rinse soyachunks.Put in 1 litre hot water and boil for 10mins till they become big in size.

Similarly peel the potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes and boil till almost cooked.

Chop the onions,garlic,green chili and tomatoes. Saute the garlic,onions and tomatoes in 1 tbsp butter and little oil till soft and tender.Also put in the cashews(roasted)and saute well. Add the first 3 masalas said above and mix well,and at last blend this content into a creamy texture paste.

In a big kadai(large nonstick pan),take rest of butter and little oil again. We use oil as not to burn the butter. Cook the blended mixtute for around a minute,adding right amount of water. Now,add little kashmiri chilli for color and salt to taste.

Add the boiled soyachunks and cook for around 5-10minutes. Then add the potatoes and cook for another 2minutes.

Put the kasturi methi leaves and pepper. Mix well.You can add water as much gravy you require. Add sugar and salt to taste.

Add garam masala as needed and finally garnish with the cream and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti,naan,or rice.
