Cottage cheese and spinach pie

I just love cottage cheese pies and make them sweet with fruits or not sweet with vegies. Simple no-fuss base for an upgrade taste. Quick and easy. Yummylicious. My husband and I went two times for an add up:)

I just love cottage cheese pies and make them sweet with fruits or not sweet with vegies. Simple no-fuss base for an upgrade taste. Quick and easy. Yummylicious. My husband and I went two times for an add up:)
Cooking Instructions

Beat ONE egg with softened butter with mixer, add flour and mix untill it falls into crumbles. Put more flour if there are no crumbles.

Pour the crumbles onto the greased pan. Pat the crumbles slightly so they are not falling everywhere. Then put spinach over it. I used frozen spinach, poured boiling water over them to soften first then soaked the water.

I blended cottage cheese with FOUR eggs, dill and spring onions in a food processor and poured the mix over spinach, smooth the surface with a spoon and bake in the oven for 30-40 min.

Serve with fromage frache, Greek or Turkish yogurt.

The amount of flour may be adjusted next time I make it. It may need a little more. I may toss in a few mushrooms next time. If 2 pies are too many, you can freeze one for another time.
