Peel out outer skin of banana and cut into small squire pieces

In a pan heat ghee and fry the banana till it get golden brown colour

Drain out the excess oil and let it cool

In same pan fry cashew nuts and raisins separately. Keep it aside

In a bowl add 4 eggs, sugar and cardamom powder and wisk well

Add fried banana into this egg mixture. Mix well

Heat 1 tsp of ghee in pressure cooker at low flame (Or any deep bottom nonstick pan with lid)

Pour egg banana mixture into it

Then add fried cashew nuts and raisins into it

Close the lid without pressure cooker weight (or close the lid of pan)

Cook in low flame until steam comes out through the nozzle (or cook for 15 -20 minute)

Insert a tooth pick at the center and ensure it comes out clean

Once it cooled take out from cooker or pan and serve
