500 gramsprawns
2 tablespoonsoil
1ginger grated piece
8 numbersgarlic , crushed and chopped
4 tablespoonshoney
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 tablespoonschilly flakes
1 teaspooncumin powder
to tastepepper
1 numberlemon juice from
to tastesalt

Prepare the marinade and marinate the prawns for atleast an hour.

Fry the marinated prawns in oil, turning to cook evenly and coating with the marinade after each turn.

Remaining marinade can be poured and reduced to make a thick gravy.
