Ingredients

  • 3 canMinced clams
  • 1 canWhole baby clams
  • 2 mediumOnions
  • 5 cloveGarlic
  • 3 canWater in Every can of minced clams used
  • 1 pintsHeavy whipping cream
  • 12Shrimp cut into chunks

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice onions and simmer in clam juice and water

  2. 2

    Once onions are tender add the clams

  3. 3

    Add shrimp and heavy cream and cook on low for five minutes

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Cook whole wheat pasta

  6. 6

    clam mixture over pasta served with garlic bread and a nice glass of Moscato
