Ingredients

  1. 1Fish Maw.
  2. 1Leek.
  3. 100 gramsSliced Pork. Alternatively use chicken meat.
  4. 1Shrimp (Optional).
  5. 1Salt.
  6. 1 tbspOyster Source.
  7. 5Sliced Ginger.
  8. 2 cloveChopped Garlic.
  9. 2Dried Mushrooms.
  10. 400 mlWater.
  11. 2 tbspCooking Oil.
  12. 1 tspLight Soy Sauce.
  13. 2 tspCornstarch.

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the fish maw & dried mushroom. Cut the fish maw into square pieces & slice the dried mushroom into thin sliced. Marinate the pork with cornstarch & light soy sauce.

    Added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the wok at medium heat. Fried the garlic and ginger until fragrance.

    Add pork & mushroom cook for about 1min.

    Put in the leek & fish maw. Cook for 3 min.

    Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source & water.

    Pour the source into the mixture & cook until boiling. You may add the shrimps(Optional) at this stage.

    Simmer for 3 min & get ready to serve.
