Stir fried Leek with Fish Maw & Pork.

Steps

Soak the fish maw & dried mushroom. Cut the fish maw into square pieces & slice the dried mushroom into thin sliced. Marinate the pork with cornstarch & light soy sauce.

Added 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the wok at medium heat. Fried the garlic and ginger until fragrance.

Add pork & mushroom cook for about 1min.

Put in the leek & fish maw. Cook for 3 min.

Prepare the source with cornstarch, oyster source & water.

Pour the source into the mixture & cook until boiling. You may add the shrimps(Optional) at this stage.

Simmer for 3 min & get ready to serve.
