  • 1onion
  • 1potato
  • 1vinegar
  • 1chopped parsley
  • 1pepper
  • 1salt
  • 100 gramsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    1.peel the potatoes and cut into roundels

  2. 2

    Cut the onions into roundels

  3. 3

    Parboil the potatoes

  4. 4

    Sautè the onions in butter and deglase with vinegar.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and fry till light brown in colour

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Serve hot
