This is a green leafy chutney which go along perfectly with Idly, dosas, chappathis , rice and even biriyani.

This is a green leafy chutney which go along perfectly with Idly, dosas, chappathis , rice and even biriyani.
Steps

Chop onions and tomato in length.
- 2
Saute garlic, dry chilly, urad dal, onion till golden brown in gingelly oil.

Add tomato and saute.
- 4
Add corainder leaves, curry leaves and pudina leaves and switch off the stove in a minute.
- 5
Grind the mixture along with tamarind, salt and coconut(optional).
- 6
Add a small quantity of water if needed.
