Ingredients

  • 1 bunchCoriander leaves -
  • 10 to 15Curry leaves -
  • 6 to 10pudina (optional) leaves -
  • 10 to 12chilli Dry -
  • 1 or 2Onion -
  • ( big) - 4 clovesGarlic to 5
  • 1Tomato small -
  • 1 tspnUrad dal broken - (optional)
  • 2 tbspscoconut scraped - (optional)
  • tamarind - little
  • 1 tspngingelly oil -
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions and tomato in length.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic, dry chilly, urad dal, onion till golden brown in gingelly oil.

  3. 3

    Add tomato and saute.

  4. 4

    Add corainder leaves, curry leaves and pudina leaves and switch off the stove in a minute.

  5. 5

    Grind the mixture along with tamarind, salt and coconut(optional).

  6. 6

    Add a small quantity of water if needed.
