  • 500 millilitresSunflower oil
  • 2Egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoonsSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 teaspoonsVinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoonPepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonMustard powder
  • to tasteDried herbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and sugar together with hand blender till it lathers up.

  2. 2

    Pour oil slowly as you keep beating simultaneously.

  3. 3

    When the whole oil is poured in add the other ingredients and beat/whisk again.

  4. 4

    Can be used immediately or can be stored in fridge and use when required.
