Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 lbbeef shoulder
  2. 1 1/2 cupbaby carrots
  3. 1oinion
  4. 5red potatoes small to medium
  5. garlic powder
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  9. 1package lipton oinion soup
  10. 1 canbeef broth
  11. 1 cupwater

    Add all seasonings to beef both sides

  3. 3

    Add cut up onion and baby carrots to greased crock pot

  4. 4

    Add soups wet and dry amd water mix well

  5. 5

    Add meat and potatoes

  6. 6

    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours high for 5

  7. 7

    Serve with crusty french bread
