Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbbeef shoulder
  • 1 1/2 cupbaby carrots
  • 1oinion
  • 5red potatoes small to medium
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1package lipton oinion soup
  • 1 canbeef broth
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

    Add all seasonings to beef both sides

  3. 3

    Add cut up onion and baby carrots to greased crock pot

  4. 4

    Add soups wet and dry amd water mix well

  5. 5

    Add meat and potatoes

  6. 6

    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours high for 5

  7. 7

    Serve with crusty french bread
