Combine ingredients for filling. Use enough canned milk so that mixture can be spread over dough.

Combine 1/2 cup canned milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, mix and heat to Luke warm. Add yeast. When double in size add 3 eggs, sour cream, salt, and softened butter.

Gradually blend in 6 cups all purpose flour to the mixture one cup at a time.

Mix and cover for 30 minutes

Separate dough into 5 pieces.

Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and spread filling over entire surface. Roll dough from smallest end. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.let rise for one hour.

Beat egg and 2 tablespoons of water and brush on top of rolls. Poke holes with fork across top of nut roll nan bake in a 350°F oven for 350-40 minutes

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with a teaspoon vanilla and two tablespoons milk. Spread ed evenly over cooled rolls.
