2-glasses
  • 1 cupgreek yogurt (extra protein!)
  • 1 cupmango frozen
  • 1/2 cupalmond milk
  • 2 tspsvanilla extract
  • 1 dropalmond extract

    Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend!

    Add a spring of mint for garnish if you like

Hey there!I'm so glad you stopped to visit! Welcome to my blog/recipe bank. I love cooking for Michael (my husband) and I when we aren't working at the hospitals here in Atlanta.
