Ingredients

  • paneer paan kalash ingredients
  • 100+50 gram.Paneer grated
  • 3 leaves.Paan ke
  • 50 grm.Mawa
  • 15-20.Kaju
  • 4 tsp.Gulukand
  • 75 gram.Sugar
  • 1 tsp.Elaichi powder
  • 2 tsp.Milk
  • 1 sheet.Chandi vork
  • Kesariya Rabdi ingredients:-
  • 200 ml.Full creamy milk
  • 100 grm.Paneer
  • 2 tsp. Sugar (as par taste)
  • 7-8.Saffron thread

Steps

  1. 1

    Paneer kalash method:- paan ko chopped karein or mixi mein sugar and kaju ' panner (50 gram)ko grind karein.

  2. 2

    Ek pan mein mawa ko 5 minute bhune.

  3. 3

    Mawa ka mixture ko grind paan ke mixture mein mix karein sath mein hi Elyachi powder thoda saa mix karein.

  4. 4

    Ready mawa paan paste se hum equal ball banayein. Or kalash ready karein.

  5. 5

    Ready kalash mein aap gulukand bhare. Or chandi ke vork se sajaye Sbhi kalash isi type se ready kar le.

  6. 6

    Kesriya paneer rabdhi:- gas par ek heavy bottom patile mein milk garam karne rakhe high flame par.

  7. 7

    Milk ke boil hone par flame ko low kar de or milk ko boil hone de gadha hone de 20 minute tak.

  8. 8

    Milk jab 70 % gadha ho jaye to isme grated panner mix karein or continuesly ise chalate huye gadha karein rabdhi ke liye.

  9. 9

    Ab isme sugar Elyachi powder mix karein. Kuch threads saffron ke dale.

  10. 10

    Serving plate mein kesriya rabdhi ko spread karein or unke upar paan gulukand ke kalash rakhe upar se saffron thread dale. Kuch dear fridge mein rakh kar serve karein

  11. 11

    Gulukand :-method ek dry jaar /bottle mein rose pattiyo ko felaye fir unke upar spoon se sugar dale

    Jaar ko dhoop mein rakhe 10 dys mein gulukand ready ho jata ha aap chahe to isme sofn bhi dal sakti hai
