Classic Sheer Khurma with a twist of toasted pecans. Vermicelli simmered in rich milk 🥛 flavored with cardamom & saffron. Garnished with pecans, raisins, dried rose 🌹 petals and kesar strands.
Served in handi for that authentic festive vibe !!

Ingredients

45 minutes + chilling time

3-4 people

1/4 cupghee
1/3 cupchopped pecans
2 tbspchopped raisins
1/2 cuproasted seviyan
3-4cardamom pods
Sweetener of your choice. (I used monk fruit sugar)
500 mlmilk 🥛
2-3 tbspchopped kharek
Some cardamom powder & saffron soaked in milk 🥛

45 minutes + chilling time

Heat ghee in a pan & roast pecans & raisins untill lightly fragrant ; remove it & keep aside

In same ghee add cardamom ;add seviyan & roast 4-5 minutes

Add kharek, milk 🥛 & sweetener of choice
& saffron with soaked milk. Cook on low flame 🔥 tii little thicker

Add roasted pecans & raisins ; cook some more time. Keep one thing in mind we have to stir continuously.

Garnish with 🌹 petals & chopped pecans
Serve it hot / cold
