Ingredients

  • 8 ozsub dried tomatoes
  • 1.5 lbchicken
  • 4 clovesgarlic peeled and crushed
  • 1.5 cupsheavy cream
  • 1.5 cupsparmesan cheese shaved
  • salt
  • red chilli flakes
  • 2large zucchini Zoodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken small steps. Fry med high heat until done. Add garlic and tomatoes. Saute. As salt and pepper flakes. Add basil.

  2. 2

    Reduce heat. Add cream and cheese. Allow cheese to melt.

  3. 3

    Add zoodles. Cover for 8-10 min.
