1/2 cupflour
1/2 cupcornmeal
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
1egg
1/4 cupmilk
1 tbspzaterans cajun seasoning
1 tspblack pepper
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 cupoil
3-4firm green tomatoes

Steps

Mix egg and milk well

Heat oil over medium heat

Mix all dry ingredients well

Dredge tomatoes in flour mixture then dredge In egg wash now back to the flour

Place in oil until golden brown flip and do it again

Me I like ranch with extra mayo and Louisiana hot. Enjoy my friend
