Heat oil in a pan and put rai, jeera, methi dana, kalonji, saunf and heeng, let them splutter

Then add chopped green chillies

Now add tomato paste, mix well

After cooking for 5 - 7 minutes, add red chilly powder, dhania powder and haldi

When all the extra moisture of the tomatoes evaporates then add aam papad, khajoor and salt

Cover and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on low heat

The chutney is ready to serve

Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with geen and red chillies

You can have this chutney with methi parantha, aloo parantha or any type of poori, even with dal chawal
