Blanch the vegetables in hot water until just cooked.

Heat a pan over high heat and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry briefly, then add the beaten egg. Stir quickly to scramble the egg into small pieces.

When the egg is about 60% cooked, add the rice. Break up the rice and mix it with the egg, stirring quickly.

Add the blanched vegetables and roasted pork. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, adding the soy sauce last. Increase the heat and stir-fry quickly until the rice is evenly colored. The dish is now ready.
