Ingredients

  1. 150~200g silken tofu (drain water in a sieve for 5 mins)
  2. 1/4onion (minced, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and stir, leave for 5 mins, pat dry with paper towels)
  3. 1/2 cantuna
  4. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  5. 1/2 tbspdashi (or soy sauce)
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper

    Put tofu through a strainer with a spatula. Add all ingredients and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
