Ugali instructions: boil 3 cups of water when it's hot and bubbling add the maize flour while stirring until it becomes hard to stir then stop adding and continue stirring and mixing until you all the water has evaporated and all the flour has been absorbed to form the Ugali. Just like photo beside the instruction. Finally shape the Ugali to a round shape into a round shape and cut as desired.

Minced meat; pour five table spoons of oil into the a pot, add the diced onions followed by diced garlic stir for 3 minutes then add diced carrots and peppers and stir for 3 minutes. Finally add tomatoes and stir then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Stir for three minutes.

Finally add minced meat to the mixture above.

Finally serve the minced meat with the Ugali.
