  • 2chicken egg yolks, preferably free range chickens
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 4tea bags of roasted/black tea of your choice
  • 500 mlwater
  • 1wedge of lemon or lime

  1. 1

    Boil water. Add the tea sachets and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Boil again for a minute or so.

  2. 2

    Beat yolks with sugar until frothy. Pour hot tea into the yolks and sugar, stir well until foamy.

  3. 3

    Squeeze the lemon/lime into the drink. Enjoy!

Попробовал. Нормальный рецепт. Вместо свежего лимона\лайма использовал концентрированный сок лимона\лайма. Понравилось. Обязательно попробую с лимоном. и хочу еще попробовать варианты с индонезийского яичного чая с молоком\сгущенным молоком.
