Everybody loves when I fry fish. Add whatever sides you like to make this a meal!

Rinse fish in cold water and lay flat in a pan.

Season both sides of fish with salt pepper and old bay.

Flour both sides of fish.

Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Keep the flame medium-high.

Place fish in hot oil. Season again.
- 6
Turn fish once golden brown (after about 5-10mins) and season again.
- 7
Take fish out of pan and let cool before eating.
- 8
Garnish with hot sauce ketchup mustard mayo to taste. May also be eaten as a sandwich.
