Dissolve the sugar in 3 cups of water. Stir and boil for 5 minutes

Mix Corn flour powder with sugar syrup

Now add 2 cups water to make a thin paste

Cook it on low flame stirring constantly, until the mixture turns into -less lump

Add lime juice..Stir away..now When the mixture sticks to the base of the pan, add 2 tbsp ghee

Repeat this step until the mixture becomes a lump n sticky again

Add fine choPped nuts n 3-4 drops of edible red colur mix well & pour into a greased plate or container. Smooth down with a greased spoon. Allow to cool

Cut into squares and serve cool
