  • Water
  • Salt
  • Sour milk

Steps

    Pour a cup of boiling water in a pot

  2. 2

    When the water boils pour a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Pour two cup of mielie mielie

  4. 4

    Leave to stem

  5. 5

    Stir with a fork

  6. 6

    Then leave until ready four 30 minutes

  7. 7

    When ready pour in a bowl to cool

  8. 8

    Leave to cool

  9. 9

    When ready serve with Nkomasi or sour milk
