Steps

Heat a little oil in fry pan on medium.

Slice onion thin and add to heated pan.

Put a few spoons of flour on a plate, dredge liver pieces to lightly coat both sides.

Cook onions til soft and remove to plate.
- 5
Add a little more oil to pan and raise heat to med high. When it's hot add liver.

Cook til red appears on surface of liver.
- 7
Turn over and cook just a couple more minutes - liver should be slightly pink inside.

Place liver on onions.
