Ingredients

4 people
  1. 2 cupsboiled Njahi
  2. 3 pcsGrated carrots
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/2 tablespooncrushed ginger
  6. 1/2 tablespooncrushed garlic
  7. 1/2 glasswater
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 bunchchopped dhania
  10. 2 tablespooncooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add cooking and Onions in a sufuria, fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic mix well

  3. 3

    Add carrots, tomatoes, dhania and salt. Cook till tomatoes forms a soft paste

  4. 4

    Add njahi steam for around 5 minutes as you add water and let it boil.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve while hot
