Wash and cut the matumbo into sizeable pieces

Place in a pan and bring it to boil then let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Once the water has dried out add oil,salt,onions,garlic and ginger

Stir and cover over low heat

After 10 minutes add some royco and dhania and let it simmer for 45 seconds
- 6
Serve while hot
