Here’s a super easy recipe for a variation of green sauce, just like my Aunt Rosina taught me. It’s perfect for serving with meat!

Place all the ingredients in a food processor. I use a manual one, but any food processor will work.

Start blending all the ingredients, gradually adding olive oil until the mixture becomes a creamy sauce.

Remove the sauce from the processor and transfer it to a nice bowl. The green sauce is ready! I usually let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
