  • 400 gself raising flour
  • 200 gsugar
  • 200 gmargarine
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupmilk

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

    Sift flour into bowl

  3. 3

    Mix sugar plus margarine for 5 to 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add vanilla and then beat the eggs.

  5. 5

    Add the eggs beat by beat.

  6. 6

    Fold in the flour and bake at 180 degrees.
