Boil the maize and beans in a pressure cooker for 20minutes and drain the excess water

Dice the ingredients and place the onions in the sufuria and cooking oil.

Add the tomatoes and stir then cover for 3 minutes.

Crash the tomatoes and add the carrots. Stir for a minute and add the maize and beans.

Stir then add 1/4cup of water mixed with royco. Add salt and cover for 2 minutes and turn off heat and serve.
