This is my dinner off course with Ugali. I love eggs because it easier and faster to prepare. Eggs are rich in protein and hence very nutritious.

This is my dinner off course with Ugali. I love eggs because it easier and faster to prepare. Eggs are rich in protein and hence very nutritious.
Steps

Add oil in a frying pan and heat for some minutes then add onions. Let the onions fry the add eggs.

Stir the mixture till cooked. Then add tomatoes. Stir and cover till the tomatoes are fully crushed and soft.

Add salt and allow it to cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with Ugali.
