Pilau
Pilau is very delicious, though spicy but it is indeed delicious.
Steps

Wash beef and cut into small pieces

Put to boil with salt and 4 tbsp of oil

Allow it to cook until all water has evaporated. Then add the chopped onions and cook for a few minutes.

Then add in the crushed garlic. Cook until a sweet aroma is produced.

Then add Pilau masala, mixed spices, coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes

Then add rice and 1 and 1/2 litres of water.

Cover and allow to boil. Let it boil for 45 minutes.

After uncover and stir a little then allow to simmer while checking if it is ready.

If ready serve with stew. If not add a little water and cover until it is soft and ready.
