Ingredients

3 servings

3medium sized deep fried fish
3large size tomatoes
1red onion
garlic
1green capsicum
cooking oil
salt
leavesfresh coriander

Steps

30 minutes

Stir fry onions with oil, add garlic then add tomatoes.

Add capsicum then stir for 5 minutes. Add little water for soup may be 1 and half cups. Add salt then stir.

Dip in the fish and sprinkle coriander leaves. let it cook for 10 mins and remove from heat.

Serve with Ugali
