I love thai food. Besides mango sticky rice, tom yum, this one is also be my fave. I used to be confused between Aceh pandan Chicken and Thai Pandan Chicken. Looks similar but so many differences. I love both. Both are so delish!

Ingredients

  1. 400 gramschicken fillet
  2. (I prefer thigh, but depends on your liking)
  3. Marinating ingridients :
  4. 1 tbssoy sauce (kikkoman)
  5. 2 tbsoyster sauce
  6. 1 tbstoasted sesame oil
  7. 1 tbsfish oil
  8. 5 tbscoconut milk
  9. 1 tbschopped lemongrass
  10. 1 tbsminced garlic
  11. 2 tbsbrown sugar
  12. 1 pinchsalt
  13. leavesPandan
  14. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the chicken fillet and marinate well with all the marinating ingerdients.

    Keep in the fridge at least 1 or 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Prepare and clean the pandan leaves. Be careful not to tear that. And wrap two pieces of marinated chicken using both of your hand, if you find its too difficult all you can do just roll up chicken with pandan leaves and secure with toothpick.

    Heat oil in medium high. And when it's hot enough fry all the pandan chicken until done.

    Serve it with all kind of sauces that you like. Mine with chilli garlic oil (just sauted minced garlic, chilli flakes and salt with oil just a few minutes).
