1 cupfresh milk cream -
1 spoon- ghee,1/4 haldi, salt,2 onions
garlic, Ginger, 2 green chillies, 4tomato, 1/2 spoon sabji masal

Fresh milk cream ko pan me garm karege.

Garm karte samay cream ko chalate rahege nahi to ye pan me chipak jayega. Gram karne SE ghee or cream alag ho jayega. Ese Chan kr ghee or cream ko alag kr lenge.

Pan me 1 spoon ghee garm krke jira, garlic, Ginger, 2 green chillies, 2 onions ko barik cut kr ke bhunege. ab Esme 4 tomato, 1/2 spoon sabji masala, 1/4 haldi daal kr masala tel chorne tak bhunege.

Ab Esme cream or 1 cup water dal kr 4-5 min boli kRege. Ese roti kr sath khayege.
